Hotel Monterosa - Astotel, Paris

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, water, juice, and soda, they were small and tight with no good wardrobe. Despite reporting a faulty air conditioning unit, it was not fixed, and the lack of window ventilation didn't help either.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, cheerfully decorated, and had everything I needed, including a nice large window and even free refilled drinks in the mini fridge - a rare treat! The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Louis who was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for both work and leisure, with easy access to metro stations and great restaurant options. The dining experience was satisfying but could use some improvement compared to similar hotels.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to major sites in Paris. The rooms are spacious enough for couples and families, clean, and offer great snacks. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining options are delicious with complimentary snacks throughout the day. Overall, a great value for money option in a convenient location.
